Introduction
In the multicultural environment of Singapore, we bring together participants from diverse backgrounds, including both local residents and new immigrants, to create a unified and expressive musical experience.
Through collective singing, participants develop ensemble cohesion, musical sensitivity, and a strong sense of teamwork. At the same time, they gain a deeper appreciation of Singapore’s cultural diversity and experience the joy and connection that come from performing together.
IMASG Adult Choir
Our choir programme offers a refined and collaborative musical experience beyond conventional vocal training.
With an emphasis on ensemble awareness, tonal blending, and expressive performance, participants are guided to develop both individual vocal quality and strong group cohesion through structured rehearsals and carefully selected repertoire.
Rehearsals are designed to be both engaging and progressive, allowing members to grow in confidence while exploring a variety of musical styles.
The programme also provides opportunities for performance, helping participants experience the joy and fulfilment of sharing music on stage.
